Facecard Terms of Use

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Use of Facecard

Facecard is a wellness and self-tracking app for skincare routines, checkpoint photos, and personal trend review. You are responsible for how you use the app and the information you choose to enter.

Not Medical Advice

Facecard is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment service, or teledermatology service. Facecard does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions

Facecard may offer optional paid subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms that apply to your account.

Local Data

Facecard stores app data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining device access, backups, and deletion choices.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Facecard, attempt to reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.

Changes

We may update these terms as Facecard evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
